People eat late at night for a variety of reasons. For some people, the reasons such as lack of time will need a light snack or dinner, are to stay awake in practice. For others, it is like there. Most of us have heard the mantra: "No food after 7 clock", but that's not necessarily true. People say to halt this late into the night to stop snacking, but not all of these snacking is bad.
